In 2000, Sophie opened her first Sophie’s Crepes in San Francisco, California to share her unique creation—the crepe cone.  The crepe cone married the best of the classic French crepe with the warm Japanese cone and added an element of California freshness & flavor customization. Since then Sophie’s and her newest creation CrepeCone by Sophie have become a favorite destination for connoisseurs of the sweet and savory.

From our famous crepe cones, Fiorello’s Artisan Gelato and other quality ingredients, to our team members serving you, to the way our customers can explore the endless possibilities of the sweet and savory, CrepeCone by Sophie is changing the way you crave.

If you wish to use these for crepes with particularly-runny liquid toppings, then we suggest purchasing Anti-Drip Cones as the perfect companion. These insert into the bottom of the cones and offer added protection against leaks. A box of 200 Anti-Drip Cones is usually a sufficient amount when purchasing 500 large cones.

Although Crepes are served on a plate in some parts of Greece,  the majority are served folded up in a paper and handed right to you.

They were spreading the batter so fast it was as if it had a mind of its own. They were tossing  bottles in the air and taking orders from customers ingredient by ingredient , and adding them to the Nutella ladened crepes.
